Rosemary is a close-fitting mini dress with an accentuated waist. It has a corset-style bodice with boning stitched to the front and back princess seams. The dress features elasticated straps and an oversized detachable ruffle shaped with box pleats. The ruffle is attached to the straps and the upper edge of the dress with sew-on snaps. There are waist darts on the front and back of the skirt. The dress is lined and closes with an invisible zipper in the center back seam.
