The Billow Frock is (you guessed it!) billowy, puffy, flowy and basically everything you need in a summer dress. Inspired by Cecilie Bahnsen's wonderful fluffy silhouettes, this frock features an elasticated gathered neckline, puffy raglan sleeve, a two tiered skirt with high low style lines and a midi length straight hem.
Sizing: XXS-XL (approximately UK 4 / US 0 / EU 32 - UK 20 / US 16 / EU 48)
Height: this pattern was drafted for a height of 5'4'' or 163 cm, fits a range from 5'3'' to 5'6'' or 160 - 168 cm. Please feel free to contact hello@sewingpartner.com to get a helping hand from sewing mentors when adjusting the patterns for your height.
