Personal user account: access and storage of data.
Your personal user account is there to improve your experience, store data about your purchases, and help you communicate with the support team.
A personal user account can be created either by the user or automatically, with the first purchase on the website. You can access your personal user account by entering a login (email address) and a password, both of which you get in an email after your first purchase or self-registration on the website.
We will hold on to your purchase history for one year from the purchase date so that you can access the purchased products in your personal user account. To ensure unlimited access to the products that can be downloaded, we ask you to save them on your device after purchase.
Access to the personal account may be restricted in the event of:
- technical works, or
- website update.
To find out about the restriction period for a particular event, email us at hello@sewingpartner.com
We may block access to your personal user account if we find out about the violation of the conditions specified in the “Copyright and Intellectual property” section of the User Agreement.
