Loose at the top, narrow at the bottom: tapered trousers, whether as corduroy trousers or denim pants, are celebrating a trend comeback. Learn how to sew your own cool tapered pants. Tapered pants owe their name to their shape: the waistband sits at waist height, the cut is looser at the hips and thighs and narrows towards the ankle, becoming much narrower So it’s time for all hobby seamstresses to sew their own tapered trousers and revive the retro chic look. With the cool tapered trousers sewing pattern The Quinn Pants and a little skill on the sewing machine, you can sew your own unique trousers.
