You can sew the DIY coat completely without a sewing machine – only with a simple embroidery technique. The perfect DIY project for beginners – or those who want to conjure up a very special it-piece. You’ll make the coat in one of two possible lengths from a rolled loden, because it won’t fray (important for this project!). You can sew the coat in one of two possible length variations or individually to your own measurements.
Height: this pattern was drafted for a height range of 5'6" (167 cm). If you are shorter or taller than this, you might consider shortening or lengthening the pattern. Follow instructions on shortening/lengthening. Or feel free to contact hello@sewingpartner.com to get a helping hand from sewing mentors when adjusting the patterns for your height.
